Treatment Foster Care
Each child’s needs are carefully assessed to establish individualized programming and matching to a foster home qualified to meet his or her emotional, behavioral and/or medical needs.
Medically Fragile Children
Treatment foster care and respite are available to children and youth with complex medical conditions that might otherwise require hospitalization or institutional care.
Respite Foster Care
Short term care by treatment foster families
designed to provide respite to families caring for children with
emotional, behavioral and/or medical needs.

Adult Treatment Family Homes
Certified Sponsors provide a home to Adult clients who have medical, emotional, behavioral, cognitive or developmental challenges and who need guidance, support and supervision to live in a community setting.

Family-to-Family Mentoring
A unique family and community-based service available to families who might benefit from a supportive partnership with a highly-skilled and trained mentor family in the same community. Mentor families are licensed treatment foster homes that provide family skills activities, crisis intervention, and relief care to the mentored family.

Shelter Care
Licensed treatment homes providing temporary housing for youth removed from their parental home by county children protection or as part of their treatment plan.

Bridge Builders/Independent Living Skills
Help youth who are 15 and older prepare for life after foster care, teaching them
the skills necessary for self-sufficiency.
Adoption Services
PATH Wisconsin provides completion of home studies.
Therapeutic In-Home Services
In-Home and Clinic-based Mental Health Services Strengthening families through individual and family therapy, permanency mediation and/or family reunification services.
Parent Support Services
Parent Support Services Provide support, intervention and skill
building to families in behavior management, child safety, nutrition,
chemical, emotional and physical health.
Child at Risk Monitoring (CHARM)
CHARM (CHild At Risk Monitoring) Unannounced, in-person, safety checks with documentation provided to children and families who are involved in the child welfare system.
Family Interaction Time (FIT)
Parent Visitation Monitoring and Supervised family visitation in a
safe and structured environment to facilitate healthy family interactions.
